Red Earth Winery Estate

Red Earth Estate is Dubbo’s largest winery and is located on Camp Road, just past the entrance to the Zoo. Ken and Christine Borchardt established Red Earth in 2000 and have been working solidly over the years to build the successful venture it is today.

After 11 years, we are now the focal point of winemaking in this region. Since our first vintage in 2001, we have won numerous Medals and Trophies for our wines.

Wines under the Red Earth label are made on site using fruit which has been nurtured and handpicked from our vineyard. Our red wines are lighter bodied to suit our warm climate, and our whites are fruity and soft. We also cater for those who like a sweeter style wine with our very popular ‘Moscato’.

Whether you’re a wine buff or just enjoy an occasional glass of wine, you will enjoy the friendly, relaxed environment of our Cellar Door, where you can talk to our winemaker, Ken, who is happy to share his knowledge of winemaking. We have plenty of lawn area for children to safely play.

Red Earth Estate wines are as rich in colour and texture as the red soil plains of Western NSW, where the wines are made.
